One-on-one coaching involves personalized workout and nutrition plans delivered through digital platforms, with regular check-ins, progress tracking, and communication through email, video calls, or messaging (whichever is the best form of communication for you).

Online coaching can be adapted to any fitness level, and I will design a program that suits your needs and experience.


How do you track my progress online?

We will utilize fitness tracking apps, photos, measurements, and regular progress assessments to monitor your journey.


Can you provide nutrition guidance as well?

What types of fitness goals can online coaching help me achieve?

Online coaching can help with weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, flexibility, endurance, and overall health improvement. I also want to teach you about eating intuitively so you can avoid the crazy diets and learn how to fuel your body for your lifelong, functional fitness goals.

How often should I expect to communicate with my online fitness coach?

Typically, you'll have regular check-ins, bi-weekly updates/meetings (30 minute calls), and the option to ask questions as needed.


What equipment do I need for online workouts?

If you do not have access to a gym, you will need a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat! My exercise programs can be done at home, however equipment may vary depending on clients goals and available space.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded. A 3 month commitment is mandatory and cancellation for online coaching must be given 30 days in advance in writing (email, letter, text).


How long does it take to see results with online fitness coaching?

Results vary based on individual goals, effort, and consistency. Typically, clients can see initial improvements in a few weeks to a few months.


How do I stay motivated with online coaching?

Setting small achievable goals, tracking progress, and finding an accountability partner (your coach 😉). Just remember, your routine will always win over the “motivation”.
